If you follow the label on twitter – @lazybutterflyco or myself @sourmashmusic then you would have seen that the first signing to Lazy Butterfly Records was announced. Nu-Folkster’s Saturday Sun will be releasing their debut EP, Seagull EP on the 26th March 2012 through Lazy Butterfly.

The EP will be out as a 100 copy strictly LIMITED and NUMBERED 6 track CD. The first track from the EP is the title track, Seagull, which is a beautiful serene nu-folk song that gives you a good idea of what Saturday Sun are all albout.

Hello!

This is just a quick one to say, this at the moment is the official home of Lazy Butterfly Records. An independent record label run by myself, the editor of Sourmash Music.

I will be announcing soon what the label’s first release will be and will be posting the first track off of that release in due course. In the meantime, please bare with me, watch this space and keep your eye on the butterfly……
